It was the first day I joined photography club. Just messing around and snapping some pictures for fun. It was started to rain at that time and we work in quiet . That's the reason for the title Quiet Saigon. Actually, I used my phone to take those photos so it might not much in good quality. However, hope everyone enjoyed it.

Quiet SaiGon
It was the first day I joined photography club. Just messing around and snapping some pictures for fun. It was started to rain at that time and we work in quiet . That's the reason for the title Quiet Saigon. Actually, I used my phone to take those photos so it might not much in good quality. However, hope everyone enjoyed it.
Twins
Whoa, such a long time since we have our Tuesday Photography back! There are a lot more new faces joining us this term. We welcome them!
It amaze me how the internet connects people with like interest from across the world. I've just read a comment on my previous post about someone who shares the same love for photography and wants to tag a long for some snap of Saigon with us.
I have to be honest here that I don't own a SLR camera. The SLR I've been using in the past belongs to my school. This week, as you know, we have new people joining us, I didn't really get hold of it. I've heard many people complaining that they can't take good photos because they don't own a SLR (I used to!) Now I'm not saying that it is completely wrong, but you CAN take good photos without one.
This is "Twins". I saw someone left these two outside hanging dry and snap, I thought. Why not? I guess this is not a PERFECT piece but you see it's not bad. I like using macro on my camera because I can get the focus a little more than usual.
Taking good photos is really about your point of view of the world surrounding you!

BUGS BUGS BUGS

"Some caterpillar from up some tree decides as far as he can see
There's nothin to do but to fall on me-the damn worm
And a dirty ole fly just makin it clear
That he ain't had a bath for over a year
So he's takin one now in my glass of beer to lose germs
There's nothin to do but to fall on me-the damn worm
And a dirty ole fly just makin it clear
That he ain't had a bath for over a year
So he's takin one now in my glass of beer to lose germs
Bugs Bugs Bugs, If I had them all in jugs
I'd dig dig dig, till a big big hole was dug dug dug dug--
And that would be the end of the bug song..."
I'd dig dig dig, till a big big hole was dug dug dug dug--
And that would be the end of the bug song..."

NUMBERS

It's been two weeks with no update. Now featuring Tu Linh's first collage with Adobe Photoshop CS4. The pixels are in bad quality. I'm learning my way around photoshop.
Numbers are everywhere and especially here, where old and new stood still in the chaotic of the city.
Another trip around our school!

Unwanted
Free theme for this week and mine is: UNWANTED.
I found myself wandering around with a camera in my hand snapping photos without really have anything in mind. These things seem to find me. Are they telling me the story of a wonderful and beautiful life they've once had?
They are all things that people don't want anymore or just plainly nobody cares. They are thrown out, left, by themselves. Waiting for the next step, the next thing that's going to happen.
